Are requests guaranteed?

You may make requests at the time of booking. Please note, requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.  

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

Check-Out Cleaning Fee:
A check-out cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings for stays and will be assessed by the property at check-out. Fees are per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early checkin or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger suite or room with a view. Call us at (800) 367-5004 and a customer representative will be delighted to assist you.

Do the rooms include internet?

Yes - all rooms offer complimentary in room high speed internet access via cable.

Do you have a pool?

Yes - they have a heated fresh water swimming pool on the edge of the ocean. Hours are dawn to dusk.  We do not offer a Jacuzzi.

Do you have a restaurant?

This property does not offer a restaurant, however, there are several restaurants in close proximity such as Joe's on the Green, Keoki's Paradise, & much more.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No - this is non smoking property.  Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or balconies. There are three designated smoking areas on the property.

Do you offer ADA rooms?

This property does not offer ADA rooms.

Do you offer breakfast?

Currently, none of our properties offer meal packages, therefore, breakfast is not included.

Do you offer cribs?

Yes, most of our properties offer complimentary crib. You may request at the time of booking.

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. 

Do you provide beach & pool towels?

Beach towels are provided for guest use.

How close are you to the beach?

The property is oceanfront, nestled into the coastal cliffs. The closest beach is Poipu Beach, approximately 2 minutes walk from property.

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

How far are you from the airport?

This property is 24 miles from Lihue airport, approximately a 30-40 minute drive. For detailed driving directions click HERE.

How many floors do you have?

We have 3 buildings, 4 floors in each.

I didn’t receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?

If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at  (800) 367-5004 or send us an emailresinquiry@castleresorts.com.

Is maid service included?

They offer once a week housekeeping for a  7-night stays or longer.  Maid service can be purchased from $20 to $55 per day dependent on the size of the unit and type of service you would like. A check-out cleaning fee of $125 will be assessed by the property at check-out.

Is the deposit refundable?

A 50% deposit is required for all reservations at time of booking. Remaining room balance will be charged to customer 30 days prior to arrival. For any payment inquiries, please contact the property directly at (808)742-7700.

What amenities do the rooms have?

All units offer a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fan, color cable TV, phone, clock/radio, DVD player, shower/tub, hair dryer, in room safe, private lanai. For a full list of amenities click HERE.

What are your front desk hours & after hours procedures?

The front office is open daily from 8.30am-5pm. For late arrivals, please call 808-742-7700 for after hours procedures.

What bath amenities do you provide?

Shampoo, conditioner, & soaps.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel without penalty up to 60 days before your arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time) for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made between 30-60 days before arrival date will only be refunded half of the deposit. Any cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date, no deposit will be refunded. Reservations that are not honored are considered a no-show and advance deposit will be forfeited.

What time is check-in? Check out?

Standard check in time is at 3pm HST and check out is by 11am HST.

What type of bedding do you offer?

The one bedroom units offer one queen bed. The two bedroom units offer either one king or queen, plus two twin beds. The three bedroom units offer one king, one queen and two twin beds.

When was the property last renovated?

Since this is a condominium resort, each unit is individually owned. The owners renovate their units at their own discretion.

Will my credit card get charged?

A one or two-nights deposit will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking.
